Before working in social media marketing and management I worked in retail management for 5 years, it was fast-paced, hands on and taught me more than I ever expected - from leading teams and hitting targets, to learning what makes customers feel seen and valued.
During that time, I discovered a real passion for customer experience and how small moments can shape how people connect with a brand. I got hooked with how in-store visuals, promotions and conversations could influence loyalty, trust and word of mouth.
That passion naturally evolved into the world of digital marketing - because at the end of the day, whether it’s in store or on a screen, it’s still all about people. Now I channel that same energy into helping brands show up authentically online, connect with their communities and create content that not only looks good, but feels right to their audience.
